The short version is that you need to "unpublish" the 3 PayPal button pages:

• $25 General Admission Seating
• $50 Second Row V.I.P. Tables
• $75 First Row V.I.P. Tables

The long version is as follows:

Use the "Content Management Filter" to locate the 3 PayPal pages.

• Main Menu: Content Management >> Content Management Filter
• In the "Show only items where" section click the "Undo" button if there is a previously selected filter.
• Select the "Node" radio button and choose "Page" from the adjoining pull down menu.
• Click the "Filter" button.

Select each PayPal button page and publish/unpublish.

• At the far right on the "Content Management Filter" listing and at the top of the actual button page there is an "Edit" link, click it.
• At the bottom of the "Edit" page for each node is an expandable section titled "Publishing options".
• Open that section and check (or uncheck) the "Published" option.
• Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the node edit page to save the publish/unpublish change.
